Volunteer To Help With Events
- Artist Showcase…An evening at the Butterfield that combines musical performers with artist. The musical performers provide entertainment. The artist display and sell items they have created. Food and wine are served. The evening is free admission
- Bring a dish to be served the night of the event
- Complimentary Hors devours…3 to 5 times a year at Special Events or production performances complimentary hors devours are served. Guild members supply the hors devours, prepare and decorate serving tables, and help with the event.
- Fish Fest…A fish fry for 300 with entertainment. This is an event to thank the cast and crews of the productions during the season.
- Decorate the venue
- Work the reception table
- Serve beer and wine
- Bring food from cook area to serving area
- Split the pot raffle hawkers
- Help cleaning up
- Mailings…Annually the flyer for the upcoming season is mailed to some 2500+ households. Refreshments are enjoyed while the work is done.
